!! OMG, unhealthy selfie: Emanuela Franshini’s ‘On Your Face’ !!

EF_01.jpg
Italian photographer Emanuela Franchini‘s ‘On Your Face’ series explore the relationship to the food that we stuff in our faces, by stuffing said food ON her faces…and then operating the camera…with the food…on her faces.
Click below to see the remainder of the food facial series; I’m booking my greasy Italian GASTRONOMY SPA-HOLIDAY as we speak ! #oMEGA_EGGciting

!! OMG, joint venture: Beger & Föhr’s marijuana rebrand !!

marijuana-rebrand-1.jpg
Icon Magazine‘s Rethink supplement asks graphic designers to re-imagine a design or branding idea which they believe needs revisiting or has become worth reconsideration.
For Issue 122, in the light of legalization of pot in many U.S. states graphic design firm Beger & Föhr looked at revisiting the ‘wacky backy-stinky-white-guy-with-dreads’ type imagery around packaging cannabis in favor of a more ‘Mary Jane, oh she’s chaaaanged’ type of look.
…looks like she’s wearing all sort and kinds of finer designer !

!! OMG, SACK SNAP: Ingrid Berthon-Moine’s ‘Marbles’ !!

Marbles.jpg
Ingrid Berthon-Moine must be some sort of skank-perve or something, she’s been hiking around Europa snapping pictures of statue-sacks and hoarding them for her own private titillations.
I think the photo series is called ‘Marbles’ because tourists in public squares all over Europe must be believing she lost hers a while back and has thus taken to papping stone-stones, and they must all shout “Jezebel” and “harlot” and pelt her with rotting fruit from the local market stalls !

This “work explores masculinity in the 21st century, both the representation of it and the idea of ornamental masculinity which until now had been largely ‘reserved’ to the female gender. It also looks at how masculinity has shifted over time, and how men have had to redefine their identity as society changes.”__Feature Shoot

Hey Ingrid, that’s quite the collection you’ve amounted there…I bet her Sacksnap account is just filthy with stone dust.

!! OMG, (No)way(Now)wear: Ying Gao’s ‘(No)where(Now)here’ dresses !!

Montreal-based technology-centric clothing designer Ying Gao is totally making my Halloween costume this year, I’m thinking twink-activated gyrating ghetto booty ass pants and musically activated blinking-eye nipple tassels.
For her glow-in-the-dark project ‘(No)where(Now)here’ Gao produced two dresses made of photo-luminescent thread and activated by eye-tracking robotic technology:

“Chiaroscuro (clarity/obscurity) is achieved through an unfixed gaze.”

OK Ying, time to sit down and start stitching together my “CLAP-CLAP” BOOTY FROCK !

!! OMG, SOFT CORES: Soft Metals’ ‘Tell Me’ !!

Boy girl duo Soft Metals’ visuals for “Tell Me” play out like a softcore movie screentest. The song’s electrolight kick & remote vocals stream out as the camera-bold couple facially feast upon each other.
The video re-edits artist couple and collaborators Erin Frost and Shaun Kardinal’s short film “Hardcore” which was a big hit at the 2010 Seattle Erotic Art Festival. You can watch the doubly-long original HERE, but beware, without the song playing on top, there’s some seriously sloppy saliva slurps and such.
Is FACIAL-FELTHING a thing, because he’s sucking hard for those throat-kernels ?!
