!! OMG, Bible Study Group: The Bible [QUEEN JAMES VERSION] !!

queen-james-gay-bible.jpg
Just like when you rush out and buy ‘Spiceworld’ the album, and then wait a couple of months and realise you should have spent your pennies on the Japanese version which has the added track number 7: ‘Step to Me’; if you didn’t run out and grab your bible thousands of years ago you made the right decision cos here’s the Japanese GAY EDIT.
It’s basically like an Extended William Orbit Remix of an originally dull Madonna song [oh she’s in it too].
I’m gonna wait even longer [for the popup version with the alternative chose-your-own-story endings]

!! OMG, but will they revive Meryl’s Miranda? ‘The Devil Wears Prada’ sequel novel on the way !!

dwp_253_lg.jpg
Entertainment Weekly is exclusively reporting that The Devil Wears Prada author Lauren Weisberger will pen a sequel to her wildly successful book-turned-movie. According to EW.com:

Revenge Wears Prada picks up eight years after Andy parted ways with Miranda on bad terms. Andy is now editing The Plunge, the hottest bridal magazine around, alongside Emily, her one-time Runway nemesis turned current BFF. While Andy is planning her own wedding to Max, a handsome media scion, she remains haunted by her impeccably heeled former boss — and the magazine world being as small as it is, it’s only a matter of time before she hears the dreaded syllables “Ahn-dre-ah!” again.

!! OMG, reading just got better: U Novels !!

Pride-and-Prejudice-Jane-Austen-2.jpg
Classic novel fan? Oh, aren’t we all. But there comes a point in every epic romance, perhaps somewhere around page 312, where you think to yourself, “Beat it Elizabeth, I want Mr. Darcy to myself!” Coming to your literary rescue, U Novels lets you “star in your own novel” by adapting some of the world’s most beloved texts to include your name instead of a main character. Just like that! Choose from such lofty titles as “Frankenstein,” “Sense and Sensibility,” “Oliver Twist,” and “Treasure Island.” And for the Scrooges out there, even “A Christmas Carol.” Isn’t reading fun?

!! OMG, putting her magic pen to paper: J.K. Rowling’s new book !!

jk-rowling-20050601-43937.jpg
J.K. Rowling announced that she’s working on a new book, only this one will be “very different” from the Harry Potter series — because this time she’s writing for adults. Perhaps this is an appropriate time, therefore, to point out that many of Potter‘s biggest fans are, in fact, already adults, so hasn’t she been writing for us this whole time? If by “very different” J.K. means that her latest project will include wizards and graphic sex scenes, well then I for one can’t wait to read it.
