!! OMG, RIP: Game Of Thrones actor J.J. Murphy dies 4 days into filming !!

Actor J.J Murphy, an accomplished actor and member of the Season 5 Game Of Thrones cast, has died 4 days into his role as Ser Denys Mallister, the oldest member of the Night's Watch.

According to his agent Phillip Young, Murphy was "absolutely delighted", to be cast "in one of the biggest productions in the world at this stage in his career."

Having been working in the Northern Irish theatre scene from the late 1940s, Murphy was an active member of Equity, the British actors' union, and had worked for years at Belfast's Lyric Theatre. His death, says Young, is a "tragic loss" and comes at the end of a "long and full career".

The actor collapsed on Friday, and no word yet whether or not Game Of Thrones' producers intend to recast his role or not. RIP, J.J.!

!! OMG, True Blood's' Kristin Bauer sinks her teeth into Sarah Palin: 'It's Sweet That I Made Her Angry' !!

tumblr_n95ovhZBQP1ryqtt4o1_500.gif

The fangs came out at the San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday when True Blood star Kristen Bauer van Straten AKA "Pam" commented on some things said by Sarah Palin about her show.

It all revolves around last week's episode in which the supernatural drama shot up an event in honor of Sen. Ted Cruz, which included referring to the guests as "assholes." It also gave Pam a high-haired and sequin dress makeover that had her exclaiming, "Oh my God, I'm a Republicunt."

Ted Cruz weighed in, calling the episode "misogynist and profanity-ridden." Palin then came forward and said that HBO had asked her to do a cameo. According to a channel spokesperson, they did extend the invitation to Palin via a representative but didn't hear back.

Palin said that she show aimed to insult a conservative woman in person rather than just all conservative women.

This is why we love Kristen Bauer van Straten: Not only did the animal-rights activist actress refer to Palin as 'the wolf-killer lady' at the conference, but she went on to say "She'll weigh in on anything," and "It's sweet many many years later that I've made her angry, I had fun doing it." Sounds like she was in character!
