Sean Stewart (son of rocker dad Rod) got naked recently in Malibu as a way to make people interested in his TV show Sons of Hollywood.
I haven't heard of the show, or even of Sean himself, but I think this is an excellent promotional tool, even if his body isn't exactly in top shape. He should watch the drinking though, lest he end up with a broken liver like his sister Kimberly.
