!! OMG, trailer: "Bully" !!
Formerly known as "The Bully Project," Harvey Weinstein's latest project, "Bully," documents the epidemic many youth struggle to face in their schools and communities -- although the film may not reach many of those kids if the MPAA's current R-rating stands. The Weinstein Company plans to fight the rating, awarded because of profanity, by sending Weinstein to meet with the board along with Alex Libby, one of the kids featured in the movie. Heavy handed? Hey, if it works.

!! OMG, trailer: Chris Colfer's 'Struck by Lightning' !!
Chris Colfer can now add script writer and movie star to his credit as TV's favorite gay teen. The Glee star penned the latest forthcoming high-school dramedy, Struck by Lightning, in which he plays an overachiever struggling to reach the world beyond his hometown -- only catch is, Colfer's character recounts his tale from beyond the grave after being (you guessed it) struck by lightning. Allison Janney plays Colfer's underachieving mother, so that at least should get your butt in the theater seat if nothing else about this movie will.

!! OMG, trailer: Damsels in Distress !!
If Whit Stillman's latest movie in 14 years, Damsels in Distress, is anything like the awesomely 90s teen movies of 14 years ago, then we're in for a kooky (read: amazing) ride. Like Clueless and Jawbreaker before it (and Heathers before that), Damsels in Distress tells the story of Violet, the queen of an uptight clique who takes new girl Lily under her wing -- only to result in her own demise. Or if not demise, high school heartache at the very least.

!! OMG, so it ain't so: Yet another 'Transformers' movie in the works !!
Whyyyyyyyyy???? Dear God, please tell me why the world needs another Transformers movie?! Michael Bay has signed on to direct two movies with Paramount Pictures, one of which for some unthinkable reason is yet another installment of the Hollywood altar to CGI and explosions otherwise known as the Transformers franchise.

Even if you're not a fan of paranormal thrillers, you'll still have to go see Red Lights -- because it stars Cillian Murphy and Sigourney Weaver pitted against a power-wielding Robert De Niro. It's basically Heartbreakers with better casting.

What is it with Spiderman that has us so captivated? First there was the comic book, then the cartoon, then the Tobey MaGuire/Kirsten Dunst franchise, then the epic saga of the Broadway musical -- and now we have another movie with Andrew Garfield?! Well, at least Peter Parker keeps getting cuter.

Stop everything. Change any plans you've made for the month of February -- because Time Warner is offering "Ryan Gosling On Demand," a lineup of the star's greatest hits UNTIL MARCH! Whether or not the On Demand channel includes Gosling's Sandra Bullock smashup, Murder By Numbers, I don't know. But one can hope.

!! OMG, watch: 'Game Change' trailer !!
Julianne Moore sure gives Tina Fey a run for her money with her portrayal of Sarah Palin in Game Change. Weaving a behind-the-scenes tale of the 2008 Presidential election, the HBO film (premiering March 10) also features Ed Harris as Senator John McCain -- who, if you squint, looks kinda like Harris's pudgy older cousin. Kudos to the casting department.
