!! OMG, she's back: Tracey Ullman !!
Tracey plays Miley Cyrus' Grammy in the above clip from her show "State of the Union". I've never seen the show but these clips aren't bad. It's mostly kind of slow but there are a couple good lines about the Vanity Fair pictures we've already forgotten about.
