His mother holds the title Hereditary Princes of Monaco as heir to the principality; however, titles cannot pass from mother to child unless that mother is a monarch in her own right i.e. Queen Elizabeth. Therefore, the correct thing to call him is Pierre Casiraghi, with no princely title or territorial disognation just the last name he was given at birth.
