!! OMG, how inventive: the Humanthesizer! !!


Ever the sardonic Scot, Calvin Harris has found a way to perform his new club jam “Ready For The Weekend” by molesting 15 bikini-clad women. How? It’s all thanks to a miracle ink that conducts electricity called Bare Conductive. This is how it works:

The instrument consists of 34 pads on the floor which have been painted with the conductive ink and connected to a computer via some clever custom electronics. The performers stand on the pads, and touch hands to complete a circuit and trigger a sound. Different combinations of pads trigger the different sounds needed to play the track.

Though the models appear less-than-impressed, this nudity-friendly technology could have an interesting future. One can’t help but wonder what would’ve happened if the late Farrah Fawcett used this ink for her pay-per-view body painting extravaganza “All of Me”.
