France's Association De Défence Contre Le Tabac and Les Droits des Non-Fumeurs collaborated with ad agency BDDP & Fils on this striking campaign. The ads suggest that smoking is being a slave to tobacco by showing young guys and girls kneeling down in a simulated forced oral sex scenario with the cigarette assuming the role of the penis.

My problem with this ad campaign is that it's trying to encourage young people not to smoke by using homophobia to say that giving head is degrading and undesirable to the young male.
