It's in the U.S., they have news stories about this all the time when it happens, occurs at several universities across the country actually, but not on the same scale.

This HAS to be in the UK.
I'm a U.S college student,
and the guys/girls are too much of pussies to streak.
I use the gym all the time and most guys don't even shower cause their too shy.
People are so ashamed of their bodies in this country.
