True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer will soon have a little True Blood baby, their reps told Entertainment Weekly. Paquin is about 12 weeks along and due in the fall, this being her first child and Moyer's third. Anyone think she'll blow up, like, Jessica Simpson big?
