!! OMG, already: Gaga reveals plans for her next album !!
And speaking of Lady Gaga (otherwise known as Madonna's constant victim, according to Elton John), the singer has released the title for her next album, ARTPOP. Even though she's still on tour with her sophomore studio record, Born This Way, Gaga proves yet again that rest is for the weak as she charges ahead with a new perfume (appropriately named Fame) and a new sound, out next year. Once it's a tattoo, you know there's no going back.
