Who's ready for Dec. 16? Adam Lambert seems to be, according to this behind-the-scenes look from E! News at Lambert's VH1 promos for the Divas Live concert he will soon host. The boundary-breaking pop star says that although the term is sometimes used as an insult, a true diva is "anyone who's fierce." Couldn't agree more, and who would know better than him?
