tn-1000_korswm27891026495.jpg
Michael Kors is getting married! The designer and his longtime boyfriend, Lance LePere (who started out as his intern, oh my), were spotted at Manhattan’s City Hall yesterday snagging a marriage license. Kors told WWD: “Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together. We have no plans for a major party, but we will be getting married privately.”

!! OMG, wear him: David Beckham !!

David+beckham+bodywear.jpg
Although unlikely that any of us will ever wear David Beckham on our bodies (but a boy can dream!), we can at least slip on his bodywear, coming to H&M in February. The soccer god told WWD, “The push to do something of my own really came as a result of my collaboration with Armani. They told me that their gross turnover in 2007 was around 16 million euros [$22.7 million at current exchange] and after the campaign in 2008 it went up to 31 million euros [$43.9 million] in 2008.” It’s also unlikely than any of us will look like David Beckham when we don his bodywear. But, like I said, keep dreamin’.

!! OMG, surreal J-pop video alert: ‘PonPonPon’ by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu !!

High school student-turned-Harajuku fashion blogger and model Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, a.k.a. Carrie, a.k.a. きゃりーぱみゅぱみゅ, has just released a brilliantly addictive music video for her debut single ‘PonPonPon.’ If you’re bored on the Internet or torturing a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay, this video should do the trick.
Kyary, who is apparently well known in the Harajuku fashion world for her ‘strange face’ and dolly styles, is preparing to release the mini-album Moshi Moshi Harajuku (“Hello Harajuku”) in August. Check out this interview with her in Time Out Tokyo. Best part:

How have the sales been for the tsukema (artificial eyelashes) you brought out?
A lot of people came to buy them, and I’m happy they liked them. One man bought so many of them and I’m wondering what he is going to do with them…(laughs)!

Thanks to Miss Margot for the tip!
