!! OMG, LISTEN TO THIS: Twin Shadow share video for ‘Turn Me Up’ !!

Twin Shadow is back with his new video for Turn Me Up. Of the video he says:

I think it’s important to let people take what they need from songs instead of explaining too much about what they mean for me personally. But my friends keep asking, ‘Turn me up’, what’s that mean? I keep saying, Take more from me. Ask more of me. Give me more back. Stop fighting against the things you want the most.
I’m surrounded by great people right now, people who are pushing me, like my twin sister Ligia Lewis, my creative director Milan Zrnic, and Alex Turvey, who all worked with me to create the visuals for Turn Me Up. Thanks for turning it up.

Turn Me Up is on the forthcoming album titled Eclipse, which will be released March 17th, 2015. Download Turn Me Up on iTunes here.

!! OMG, WATCH THIS: Metronomy drop some earthy fall ‘Where The Wild Things Are’ type vibes in new video for ‘The Upsetter’ !!

Fall into fall with an early new video from Metronomy for The Upsetter, a single off of their recent album Love Letters. via DAZED:

Depicting a bestial woodland romance, it features a bearded lady creating a lover from leaves, straddling him until he stands up… and that’s just the beginning of the crazy, in a stylistic mash-up of Where The Wild Things Are, Miyazaki movies and Bigfoot sightings. Directed by Cali trio Encyclopedia Pictura, the video’s a spiritual sequel of sorts to their previous work – the strange beasts of Bj√∂rk‘s “Wanderlust” and the sinister visual for Grizzly Bear’s “Knife” – transforming those influences into five minutes of heartbreak in one of the oddest and prettiest love stories you’ll see all year.

The Upsetter is from the new album “Love Letters” which is available here.
