!! OMG, out of the races: PRADA presents “CASTELLO CAVALCANTI” by Wes Anderson !!


Wes Anderson‘s right-hand man, Jason Schwartzman stars in CASTELLO CAVALCANTI as a race-car driver who crashes in a small Italian town in 1955, to discover that it’s actually the birthplace of his ancestors.
The short film was commissioned by PRADA, and this isn’t the first time they’ve collaborated either. Earlier this year, Wes and PRADA released “CANDY L’EAU” which you can view here. “The Grand Budapest Hotel” is out in March of 2014!

As promised, director Wes Anderson dropped the trailer for his follow-up film to Moonrise Kingdom, The Grand Budapest Hotel today, and it’s packed with a stellar cast!

!! OMG, first look: Wes Anderson’s poster for ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ !!

Director Wes Anderson has just released his poster for his upcoming film The Grand Budapest Hotel (the trailer is due out October 17th)!
The film’s poster features a wondrous and hugely detailed pink hotel, and according to Variety:

The movie, set in the first half of the 20th century, follows a legendary concierge played by Ralph Fiennes, and his young protege, played by Tony Revolori. The newest film from the “Moonrise Kingdom” director also features some of his regulars, such as Bill Murray, Jason Schwartzman, Adrian Brody and Owen Wilson.
Also included in the jam-packed cast are F. Murray Abraham, Edward Norton, Mathieu Amalric, Willem Dafoe, Lea Seydoux, Jeff Goldblum, Jude Law, Tilda Swinton, Harvey Keitel and Tom Wilkinson. “The Grand Budapest Hotel” is the first film of Anderson’s in which he receives a sole screenwriting credit.
